Growing season has started and Cannabis growers started using new revolutionary fertilizers - SUNSHINE Boosters. As always with new products, there is room for a doubt: is this stuff as good as they advertise?
Below are the first few feedback pictures of Cannabis plants tested with Sunshine Boosters Pro series fertilizers this season, and comparison with a popular fertilizer brand.
1. Hemp seedlings
3 hemp seeds originated from Yellow Jacket Hemp Company (we named them after the owner: Sunshine Jake) were pre-soaked in Sunshine-Epi, planted on February 26, 2020 in 4" community pot with Sunshine Abundance soilless mix, and germinated in 1 day. Below are some results of comparison of hydroponic 2 brands: Sunshine Boosters, ****GRO, and control (water only).
Fertilizing with Sunshine Boosters Pro using combination of 3 boosters (mixed in one can): Advantage Pro (5 ml/1 gal) + Ca-Support Pro (5 ml/1 gal) + Constanta Pro (2 ml/1 gal), according to regular feed chart, with every watering: 2-3 times a week for small plants, then 4-5 times a week depending on plant water needs. Temperature conditions remained about the same through the testing period: 65-70F at night, 80-87F during the day.
2/28/20: 1 day old
Tender seedlings watered with plain water
3/6/2020: 1 week old
Still watered with pure water, without any extra food
3-14-2020: 2 weeks old
All 3 seedlings were given a kickstart of Sunshine Boosters Advantage Pro (2.5 ml/1 gal) and separated into individual pots 4" diameter.
3-22-2020: 3 weeks old
Plants have been growing for a week in their individual 4" diameter pots.
The first plant was fed with every watering with a combination of 3 boosters (mixed in one can): Advantage Pro (5 ml/1 gal) + Ca-Support Pro (5 ml/1 gal) + Constanta Pro (2 ml/1 gal)
The second plant received feeding with popular hydroponic brand ****GRO according to the label.
The third, unlucky plant, received no food, only water.
At the beginning both plants under fertilizing program developed at the same rate and vigor. Development of the water-only, control plant was delayed and it is half the size to comparison with fertilized plants.
3-29-2020: 4 weeks old
After another week of fertilizing, a significant change in growth rate was apparent.
Sunshine Jake (fertilized by Sunshine Boosters) doubled the size of ***GRO-plant, and at least quadrupled the size of the control specimen.
All 3 plants were transplanted into 1 gal pots and pictures taken:
4-30-2020: 4 weeks old
Within 2 months (and 5 weeks of active fertilizing) all 3 plants look different.
Both plants that received fertilizer are much more developed than the control and have more leaves.
Sunshine Jake grew 30% taller than ****GRO plant and has 10 times more buds that are bigger and healthier looking!
2. Cannabis indica
The pictures below are posted by an expert grower who used Sunshine Boosters in his private Cannabis grow room:
Advantage Pro (10 ml/1 gal) + Ca-Support Pro (10 ml/1 gal) + Constanta Pro (2 ml/1 gal), according to feed chart.

"...I tried Sunshine Boosters samples on my plants and so far am happy with the process, it goes well. I am going to lab test and will order some more of your fertilizers.
Trichomes look very good. And the plants are very healthy, grow steadily without any stress or sickness. I will be sending people your way! So the bottom line is, the results are good, it is by far the best product I ever tried.
I am doing consulting on many cannabis forums and people are very interested in your stuff. pH has always been an issue, not anymore with Sunshine boosters. Overall, everything looks good, I did some experiements, even broke some auto-blooms and it still grows great, without any flushing! Even my favorite French fertilizers don't have results like this.
I only use coconut fiber and your Sunshine Boosters.
As soon as they legalize it here, I am yours forever!..."
